I launched my confectionery business, Toffee Traditions, in 2006 with a recipe passed down from my grandfather, Eugene, who pioneered candy making in the 1940s. Inspired by his craft, I watched him transform simple ingredients into irresistible treats, sparking cherished memories that now define our brand.

In the past fifteen years, Toffee Traditions has evolved through various stages of growth.

Reflecting on life's direction, I realized my true calling: to carry on my family's legacy as a candy maker. With a renewed sense of purpose, I decided to rebrand and elevate Toffee Traditions into a premier luxury confectionery, transitioning from local markets to a distinguished brick-and-mortar establishment.
